Classic Coke is a product of Coca Cola which has beentrademarked by them. They have spent millions of dollars promotingthe product and in use of the trademark. Francis goes to a domainname registration site and registers www.classiccoke.com. Coca Coladecides to register the domain classic coke but when it checks theregistry, it discovers that Francis already owns the domain name.Francis demands $500,000 for the release of the name.
